With The Gowan Group Heads POD (“Peer Open Dialog”) program, you will be joining a cohort of eight to ten new heads led by an experienced Head of School who will guide you through the challenges of the first years of headship. Timely, targeted topics will provide the framework for the monthly meetings, when you will have an opportunity to build relationships with new colleagues from around the country. In addition, in monthly one-on-one sessions, you will get personalized and focused support from POD facilitators, veteran Heads of School, in addressing your unique circumstances.
